Please find below links to documents concerning our terms and conditions and other important forms. Star Paws & Claws have insurance with ‘Pet Business Insurance’ and our premises have been inspected by a licensing officer from Ashfield District Council, and passed. Licensed number 7/2018. This can be checked by ringing ADC on 01623 450000 and asking for licensing section.
Any home boarding business in the Ashfield District Council area must abide by the rules set out in the Animal Boarding Establishments Act 1963 (see conditions) and be inspected and purchase a license from the council. Any business not obtaining a license could also not have any insurance as they may have invalidated this by omission, so if you currently use such services, then ask yourself, how safe is your dog in their hands?
